By contacting us via email, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of handling correspondence between you and the data controller.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you that:

  • The controller of your personal data is GREEN Q Sp. Komandytowa. You can contact the controller by mail at the registered address: Wapienna 10, 87-100 Toruń, Poland; by email at: greenq@onet.pl; or by phone at: +48 660465911.
  • Your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for the purpose of handling correspondence.
  • Your personal data may be disclosed to recipients such as: telecommunications service providers, postal service providers, banks, courts, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, supervisory bodies, and other entities authorized by law. Your data may also be shared with public authorities only when permitted by applicable law.
  • We may also transfer your personal data to entities processing data on behalf of the controller (data processors), such as IT service providers and others. However, such transfers will only take place if appropriate safeguards for the protection of your rights are in place.
  • Personal data will be processed for as long as there is a legal basis for such processing, including the period required by laws on document storage and archiving, specifically:
    • Until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 2 years from the last contact with the controller;
    • Until the expiration of any potential claims.
  • In relation to the processing of your personal data by the controller, you have the right to:
    • Access your data under Article 15 of the GDPR;
    • Rectify your data under Article 16 of the GDPR;
    • Erase your data under Article 17 of the GDPR if:
      • You withdraw your consent to data processing;
      • The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
      • The data are processed unlawfully;
    • Restrict data processing under Article 18 of the GDPR if:
      • You contest the accuracy of the personal data;
      • The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead;
      • The controller no longer needs the data for processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
      • You have objected to processing, pending verification whether the controller’s legitimate grounds override yours;
    • Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  • Since processing is based on your consent, you are informed that consent may be withdrawn at any time. If you do not provide your personal data, we will be unable to handle your inquiry or respond to it electronically.
  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) – if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  • Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
  • The controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
